{"id":2580,"date":"2014-01-29T14:10:04","date_gmt":"2014-01-29T14:10:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/southdevonosteopaths.co.uk\/?page_id=2580"},"modified":"2014-01-29T14:11:55","modified_gmt":"2014-01-29T14:11:55","slug":"service-standards","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/southdevonosteopaths.co.uk\/?page_id=2580","title":{"rendered":"Service standards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Service standards<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The service has comprehensive outcome checks that include pre\/post PROMS, patient and GP satisfaction questionnaires and outcome measures.<\/p>\n<p>We aim to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>90% of patients for urgent referrals are offered an initial assessment appointment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In 72 hours from receipt of referral\/contact.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>90% of patients for a standard referral are offered an initial assessment appointment within 10 working days from receipt of referral.<span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>90% of patients sampled to have an individual care management plan (minimum sample size is 20% of all patients)<span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>100% of patients to be asked to complete a PROMS before treatment and after treatment.<span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>95% of patients sampled should report overall satisfaction with the service<span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>95% of patients from protected characteristic groups (PCGs) should report overall<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>satisfaction with the service<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>95% of all sampled GP referrers should report overall satisfaction with the service<span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our recent quarterly outcome measures or patient satisfaction surveys are available on our <a href=\"blog\">blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>SDO strive to provide the best quality care to both patients and referring clinician.
